We all know finals were a couple of weeks ago, and everyone of us was stressed. So to keep from being more stressed there are many things you can do and ways to handle it in the future you can do several things.
First, you need to lay off of too much caffeine, a little is fine especially when you need the energy but six cups of coffee is just crazy. Indulging in physical activity is another great way to manage your stress levels. Rather than staying up till one in the morning, you could go to sleep at a reasonable hour. Getting a good amount of sleep will not only reduce stress, but it will also feel amazing to get more than three hours a night. Also try relaxation techniques, anything to keep you relaxed will definitely be good. Talk to someone about what’s going on, anyone can help you just have to take the first step. Finally time management, instead of watching five hours of your favorite show, study more, do your homework, and stop procrastinating. Do whatever helps you, but try some of these techniques and your stress levels will for sure go down.
